So its been a little bit since I have posted anything I thought I would do it now before I have to take my beloved MAC in for some much needed help. I am having problems with my iphoto and I am too afraid to go much longer in fear of loosing any of my pictures. I think I am in the stages of needing some more memory added so I might be without my computer for the next few days.
Lets see, Mike is doing well. I have been able to talk to him quite a bit. They have been short conversations but as most of you know Mike isnt much of a talker, especially on the phone so I wont complain. He says that things are going well, and that he is staying busy. He likes the gyms there - even though he just told me today that is ipod died so he wasnt too happy about that. Oh and he says the chow hall is good as well, and thats pretty much what Mikey needs to survive - a decent gym and a good chow hall. He also has been getting on his email when he can so fell free to email him ( let me know if you need his new email address ) if you would like, dont expect a long response but again email is not his favorite thing. I feel like I am getting into the swing of things with Mike being gone so I am feeling better about that. I think Maggie and I have somewhat of a routine going on so that is helpful.
Last night I got a call from Mike about 830pm and I was sound asleep. I was half asleep talking to him and he mentioned to me that he was able to see some of Obama's acceptance speech which I thought was great. I missed the speech since I fell asleep at 730pm because of the benedryl that I took and wasnt actually quite sure that he had one until Mike called. I think he was a little confused why I didnt sound a little bit more happier but when I talked to him this morning I had to confess that I took the benedryl to go to sleep. ( He didnt sound quite so thrilled about that but I wanted to tell him that pepto doesnt help me sleep. ) Of course I am over the moon that Barack Obama won.
Maggie is still not feeling too well. It feels like it has been off and on for the last few weeks. She is on another course of medicine so I am hoping that she will start feeling better soon. As long as I can get some stretches of sleep at night I am feeling pretty good ( hence the benedryl ).
Here are some photos of Maggie from the last week or so :
Maggie was throwing the remote off the couch, which she thought was hilarious. She loves to be on the couch, and of course holding onto the remote.
Maggie's new favorite thing to do, put her foot in her mouth. She kept doing it over and over again.
Maggie and I on Halloween. She was an adorable ladybug.

The pic of you and Maggies is so cute!!! I can't believe how much she likes to wear hats...my kids would never keep hats on! Glad to hear Mike is doing well! I think several short chats is much better then a long one here and there!
Maggie, my little dinner partner. Can't wait for her to visit again and share some dinner with us. Cutest ladybug I ever saw!
