Christmas Tree

What's been going on lately . . . Maggie walking, climbing stairs, getting new teeth and a Christmas tree!  I wasn't planning on getting a tree this year, with Mike being gone and of course Maggie.  I wasn't quite sure what she would do to it and I didn't really want to clean it up, but thats not what Robyn and Greg were thinking yesterday when they went and cut down their family tree.  They got a tree for Maggie and I as well, and I got the phone call this morning that they were coming over to drop it off.  At first I had no clue where to find any of my Christmas stuff, I am not the most organized person so going into the attic was an interesting experience for me.  I dug out the tree skirt, the stand, ornaments and the lights.  After I got in the house with the tree it smelled so nice, I was so happy to have the tree.  I love the smell of a Christmas tree.  After Maggie went to bed tonight I got the tree all straight in the stand, the lights and ornaments on it.  I found myself actually enjoying decorating the tree.
